Gastric adenocarcinoma

Presentation

Work up for abdominal pain and dyspepsia. Known and operated case of colon cancer.

Patient Data

Age: 75 years
Gender: Male
ct

Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at the gastric cardia, subcardia, and proximal of lesser curvature, accompanied by perigastric fat stranding and several regional enlarged lymph nodes with SAD less than 30 mm. There is no sign of local invasion of adjacent structures.

Several nonenhanced simple cortical cysts are seen in both kidneys.

Postoperative changes are seen due to distal partial colectomy and anastomosis.

The prostate gland is enlarged.

Gastric mass; pathology proved adenocarcinoma with regional enlarged lymph nodes in a patient with treated sigmoid colon cancer.
