Multiple treatment courses for recurrent abdominal pain. Endoscopy and colonoscopy was inconclusive. CT scan was later done.

Multiple strictures are seen in small bowel, with saccular dilatations (pseudodiverticula) along the antimesenteric border, and typical 'comb sign' in hypervascular mesentery. Mild to moderate ascites was also noted.
Case Discussion
This is a classical case of Crohn's disease, which was operated later and diagnosis confirmed.
