Presentation
Fatigue and weakness of the right hand when doing school homework. Thoracic outlet syndrome?
Patient Data

The axial T2 and T1 weighted images of the upper part of the chest shows asymmetry of the anterior chest wall with absence of the right pectoralis major and minor muscles.

The frontal radiograph of the hands shows a relatively smaller right hand in general, with a short, broad middle phalanx of the right little finger.
Case Discussion
Clinical evaluation is not always sufficient for the diagnosis of Poland syndrome, and cross-sectional imaging and plain radiography of the hand and upper limb usually confirm the diagnosis and reveal any associated anomalies.
