CT scan reveals a lobulated pelvic extraperitoneal mass with medial displacement of the bladder. There is no associated adjacent osseous changes. In addition there is hepatosplenomegaly.
Case Discussion
A biopsy was performed. Pathology confirmed high grade non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
