On longitudinal axis the pyloric musculature which is hypoechoic looks thickened and its thickness measures 5.1 mm, and the length of the pyloric canal measures 16.1 mm. Cervix sign, Antral nipple sign and target sign can be well appreciated.
Case Discussion
Ultrasound has emerged as the primary modality for evaluation and diagnosis of infantile pyloric stenosis and is sensitive and specific.
