There is D10 (T10) & S2 hemivertebrae with partial agenesis of left-sided D9 (T9).
A nasogastric tube is shown unable to go further than what is seen and there is normal intestinal aeration.
The findings are compatible with VACTERL syndrome and esophageal atresia associated with tracheoesophageal fistula.
