Info

Multiple pulmonary nodules. The nodules demonstrate central low density. There is also surrounding ground-glass density associated with some of these nodules.
Incidental right breast lesion.
Case Discussion
Initial blood tests revealed a strongly positive c-ANCA.
A subsequent renal biopsy demonstrated necrotizing glomerulonephritis, with features consistent with granulomatosis with polyangiitis (previously known as Wegener's disease).
The significance and cause of the right breast mass is unknown.
