The cecal appendix is located in ascending retrocecal situation, with increased caliber, mucosal hyperenhancement and with appendicolith within, associated with moderate periappendicular inflammatory changes.
Case Discussion
Findings consistent with acute retrocecal appendicitis with no signs of actual complication.
