The heart size and shape is within normal limits.
Both lungs are clear, the mediastinum and pleural spaces are normal.
There are changes of rib notching particularly seen in the upper ribs on the left.
The notching is present but is less obvious involving the right ribs.
Configuration of the aorta is unremarkable on both the PA and lateral views.
There is no significant left ventricular dilatation.
Old left clavicle fracture.
