Multiple well defined opaque cysts are seen within the right hemithorax. Some of them appear disintegrated.

Unilocular cysts are seen with daughter cysts inside, they are the hall mark of hydatid disease.
Case Discussion
Hydatid cyst in the liver may vary in appearance. It may show a double echogenic shadow due to the pericyst. The stage of the cyst can be classified on ultrasound according to World Health Organization 2001 classification of hepatic hydatid cysts.
