Bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy as evidenced by in filling of the hilar angles.
Widening of the right paratracheal stripe in keeping with paratracheal lymphadenopathy.
The lungs are clear.
Heart size normal.
Case Discussion
Garland triad is a lymph node enlargement pattern on chest x-ray. It is the combination of bilateral hilar and right paratracheal lymphadenopathy. It was originally described in sarcoidosis although can occur from other etiologies.
