There is decreased height of midthoracic vertebral body showing abnormal signal intensity of marrow infiltration at three adjacent vertebrae associated with prevertebral and paraspinal and para-aortic and epidural soft tissue masses indenting the thecal sac. Myelogram demonestrate CSF block at the same level.
Case Discussion
The patient is known case of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma with secondary bone involvement. The most frequent location for secondary bone lymphoma is spine.
