Subependymal grey matter heterotopia

Bilateral diffuse nodular lesions are seen along the ependymal surface of the lateral ventricles. These nodular lesions are seen to display isointense signal to grey matter on all pulse sequences. No focal cortical dysplasia or white matter abnormality.
Case Discussion
This case demonstrates a classic appearance of bilateral diffuse subependymal grey matter heterotopia.
