A 60×55 mm polypoid intraluminal mass is noted at gastric fundus and proximal of gastric body. Perigastric fat is intact. No regional lymphadenopathy is identified.

Case Discussion

Large polypoid gastric mass, pathology proven GIST which is the most common mesenchymal tumor of the gastrointestinal tract. GISTs are mostly found within stomach and mid-distal small bowel.
