Diffuse circumferential increased wall thickness is present at colorectal more prominent at distal half; accompanied by pericolic fat stranding.
Several prominent mesenteric lymphadenopathies are also evident.
Case Discussion
Known pathology proven case of ulcerative colitis, an inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) that not only predominantly affects the colon, but also has extraintestinal manifestations.
