Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at gastric body accompanied by marked perigastric fat stranding and multiple regional lymphadenopathies with SAD less than 15 mm.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
A small amount of free fluid is present in the pelvis.
Fat and fluid containing left inguinal hernia is present.
Case Discussion
Gastric mass; pathology proved adenocarcinoma, with regional lymphadenopathy.
No local invasion, no detectable metastasis.
