The posteroanterior projection shows a large mass extending laterally from the left side of the mediastinum. Its location in the anterior mediastinum is confirmed on the lateral projection.

Voluminous, well-marginated and mainly cystic anterior mediastinal mass, with thick septation and small foci of calcification. The mass causes mass effect on the pulmonary trunk and the left main pulmonary artery, without signs of invasion.
