Multiple calcified pulmonary nodules of varying sizes throughout both lungs. 

Aggressive distal femoral bone lesion with osteoid matrix and soft tissue component.

Differential diagnosis for calcified pulmonary metastases include:

  • osteosarcoma (as in this case)
  • chondrosarcoma
  • papillary thyroid cancer
  • mucinous colon carcinoma
  • mucinous ovarian carcinoma
