Previously healthy man went into a coma after exposure to a heating gas in a closed environment.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male
mri

High T2/FLAIR with accompanying high diffusion signal involving bilateral globus pallidus and periventricular white matter. No evidence of hemorrhagic changes.
