HRCT shows centrilobular and paraseptal emphysema predominant on upper zones. The fibrosis is characterized by honeycombing cysts and reticular septal thickening, there is also mild traction bronchioloctasis. There is no separation of diffuse emphysema and honeycombing.
Case Discussion
Imaging features are consistent with combined pulmonary fibrosis and emphysema.
