CT confirms large anterior mediastinal mass and large left pleural effusion. Multiple left pleural implants are present.

Case Discussion

Lymphoma is one of the neoplasms known to involve the pleura causing a "lumpy-bumpy" pleural appearance. Other etiologies of a lumpy-bumpy pleura include mesothelioma, drop metastases from lymphoma, and, most commonly, carcinoma metastases.
