Case Discussion
An echogenic nodule in segment 7 of liver in a known case of renal cell carcinoma.
Possibilities in such a case includes metastatic nodule or an isolated small hemangioma. A contrast enhanced CT scan can differentiate the two, however patient was lost to follow up.
