Cardiomegaly with double right heart border. Prominent left atrial appendage and pulmonary outflow silhouettes. Splayed carina.
Conclusion:
Findings in keeping with mitral valve disease.
Case Discussion
This patient had a history of mitral stenosis complicated by pulmonary arterial hypertension. The findings are typical for a "mitral heart".
