Multiple bone lesions of low T1 and T2 signal with STIR hyperintensity involve the vertebral bodies of the cervical and thoracic spine in keeping with osteoblastic metastases.

Note the compression fracture of the T8 vertebral body best seen on T1 and STIR due to diffuse bone marrow edema involving the vertebral body.

Expected findings of cervical spondylosis.
