Numerous pulmonary nodules particularly in the mid and upper zones. In the apices a few thin walled cysts are also present. The lung volumes are preserved, and no pleural effusions are present.

Numerous centrilobular nodules particularly in the mid and upper zones. In the apices a few thin walled cysts are also present. The lung volumes are preserved, and no pleural effusions are present.

Case Discussion

Subsequent lung biopsy confirmed pulmonary Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH).
