CT shows osteosclerosis of the spinous process of T8. No osteolysis or destruction.

The bright dot in the T10 vertebral body is probably an enostosis, for it shows no activity in the bone scan.

Case Discussion

Imaging features are consistent with spinal metastasis affecting the spinous process of T8 and incidental enostosis of T10 vertebral body.
