Info

Loss of colonic haustration is seen at distal colon. No focal wall thickening or mass lesion is present. A low attenuation hepatic lesion, measuring 21 × 15 mm in diameter, is depicted, located at hepatic segment 7, revealing early peripheral, nodular enhancement and centripetal fill in, most consistent with cavernous hemangioma.
Case Discussion
In a known patient with ulcerative colitis, loss of haustal pattern in the rectum, sigmoid and descending colon giving the "lead pipe sign", better seen on barium study.
