Tube projected over a distended upper esophageal pouch with features of esophageal atresia with tracheoesophageal fistula.
Multiple vertebral anomalies with upper thoracic butterfly vertebra. 11 right-sided ribs.
Left clavicular fracture.
Case Discussion
There are features of TOF/OA and multiple vertebral anomalies. These features are part of the VACTERL association.
