Subarachnoid and Intra-ventricular bleed.

Left cerebral AVM with feeding vessels from left MCA and draining into straight sinus through basal vein.

Occlusion of bilateral transverse sinuses with extensive venous congestion in the cortical veins (especially Superior anastomotic vein of Trolard)

No evidence of dural arterio-venous fistula.
