Double bubble sign - dilated stomach and proximal duodenum.
Two vessels umbilical cord - single artery and single vein.
Gross polyhydramnios.
Case Discussion
The double bubble sign is seen in infants and represents dilatation of the proximal duodenum and stomach. It is seen in both radiographs and ultrasound and can be identified antenatally. It is non-specific with a wide differential.
