Foreign body in the esophagus perforating its right lateral wall.

Right upper lung lobe consolidation.

Upper endoscopy demonstrating a pen inside the mid-esophagus. It would appear the pen caused pressure necrosis with some penetration on the right lateral wall of the esophagus. The pen was grasped with foreign body forceps and extracted.
