Age: 25 years
Gender: Female

Severe bilateral central bronchiectasis. Left subclavian chest port. 


Bilateral severe, widespread bronchiectasis with occasional mucus plugging and background mosaic attenuation, most likely due to air trapping.  Lung volumes are increased.

Case Discussion

Advanced cystic fibrosis.  

Imaging was obtained shortly before bilateral lung transplantation.
