Body
was changed:
Meningioangiomatosis is a malignancy that crossesrare meningovascular hamartomatous plaque like or mass like cortical lesions extending to the overlying lepomeninges (crosses the boundary between intra and extra axial lesions). Given its frequent cortical location, often patients present with seizures. It can be sporadic or associated with NF2.
Imaging features
These are slow growing solitary or multiple cortical lesions with nodular or gyriform configuration, variable calcification, and cystic degeneration. They show minimal or no contrast enhancement.
