Complaining of sudden onset of diffuse pain full swelling in left calf 15 days ago. ?DVT.

Collection between subcutaneous plane and muscle in calf region (calipers). Collapsed popliteal cyst (arrow) is seen near medial head of gastrocnemius.
No DVT was seen in left lower limb.
Case Discussion
DVT and ruptured popliteal cysts are common differential diagnoses for acute calf pain and swelling.
