The right eye cornea, uveo-scleral layer, and lens tear with preseptal soft tissue swelling are seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast MDCT features of an ocular globe rupture. MRI is contraindicated in such clinical settings because of the probability of a metallic foreign body's presence. The main indication for MDCT is searching for an ocular foreign body and concomitant orbital wall fractures.
