Bilateral dislocation of temporomandibular joints

There is anterior dislocation of both temporomandibular joints.
No fracture.
Mucosal thickenings of the paranasal sinuses.
Case Discussion
This is the case of bilateral anterior dislocation of temporomandibular joints (TMJs). Anterior dislocation of TMJ is the most common type followed by cranial dislocation, which is uncommon, while posterior dislocation is rare.
