Presentation

Poor urinary stream after prostatectomy.

Patient Data

Age: 85 years
Gender: Male

Retrograde urethrogram reveals a tight stricture involving the bulbomembranous junction associated with venous intravasation into the penile vein.

Under increased pressure the contrast has also begun to fill the bladder.
