Ill-defined lesion at the duodenojejunal junction with irregular and heterogeneous wall thickening, associated irregular luminal narrowing, and a single enlarged lymph node measuring 11 mm.
The mesentery in the region of the root is locally compacted, with a few non-enlarged lymph nodes. Hepatic cyst in segment 3.
Case Discussion
Histology: adenocarcinoma (grade 3), grown through all the layers of the bowel wall; lymph node metastasis.
