Case Discussion

New immigrant. History of cerebral palsy with right hemiparesis, mental retardation, and epilepsy. Contrast enhanced CT head showed features of type I lissencephaly. Rare entity that it is, lissencephaly is even rarer in adults, as the vast majority of patients never make it to adulthood.
