Preterm neonate of 36 completed weeks of gestation. Patent ductus arteriosus, patent foramen ovale, right aortic arch, respiratory distress syndrome of the newborn.

Aberrant left subclavian artery with dilated proximal segment and a right-sided aortic arch.
Case Discussion
Aneurysmal dilatation of the proximal aberrant left subclavian artery, known as Kommerell diverticulum. The incidence of Kommerell diverticulum with a right-sided aortic arch is about 0.05-0.1%.
