absence/ early fusion of the left lambdoid suture
posterior skull asymmetry (left occipital plagiocephaly): flattening of the left posterior aspect of the skull with parietal bossing on the opposite side.
Case Discussion
CT findings are reflective of left lambdoid suture craniosynostosis with resultant left occipital plagiocephaly.
The premature fusion of the lambdoid suture may be unilateral or bilateral.
