White cerebellum sign

There is diffuse cerebral edema bilaterally with loss of the grey-white matter differentiation and effacement of the cortical sulci. Thalami, brain stem, and cerebellum are relatively hyperdense and present the "white cerebellum sign".
Evidence of crescent-shaped hyperdensities involving bilateral parietal and left temporal regions, likely suggestive of subdural bleed.
Case Discussion
The CT findings are suggestive of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy with white cerebellum sign and bilateral subdural hematomas.
