A large cystic lesion is observed in the right ovary, displaying numerous internal septa with predominantly anechoic content and devoid of solid components or vascularity. The contralateral left ovary and uterus exhibit normal sonographic features.
Case Discussion
This sonogram displays ultrasound features indicative of a mucinous ovarian cystadenoma, a benign cystic ovarian tumor characterized by multilocular thin ovarian septa.
