Pes cavus is present bilaterally, with calcaneal pitch measuring 42 degrees on the right and 40 degrees on the left.
There is also bipartite hallux sesamoid on both sides as a normal variant.
Case Discussion
The calcaneal inclination angle, also known as the calcaneal pitch, the angle between the calcaneal inclination axis and the supporting horizontal surface, helps assess medial arch height. An increase in calcaneal pitch ≥30° indicates pes cavus.
