Presentation

Head trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 60 years
Gender: Female

Right parieto-occipital scalp hematoma. No intracranial bleed.

Case Discussion

Incidental finding of bilateral symmetric macrophthalmia.
History of bilateral glaucoma, after implantation of an Ahmed glaucoma valve in the left eye and more recently Descemet's stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty (DSAEK) for corneal endothelial failure in the same eye.
