Unwell, tachycardia, known bronchiectasis. Lower respiratory tract infection?

Coarse bronchovascular markings, most pronounced in the lower zones bilaterally (tram-track sign).

Lower zone nodular opacities, which likely represent mucoid impaction.

Imaging features in keeping with severe bronchiectatic changes.
