Complaining of periorbital mass, reduced vision and proptosis.

There is approx. 1.8 (SI) x 2.2 (AP) x 2.4 (TR) cm size heterogeneously enhancing extraconal hyperintense signal lesion seen on the T2W, STIR images in the right orbit superior lateral aspect, which shows hypointense on T1W images. The lesion is not seen separately from right lacrimal gland. The lesion is causing displacement of the right eyeball with resultant proptosis. The lesion is abutting the superior rectus muscle. The lesion is not showing restricted diffusion.
