Findings was changed:

Huge left breast mass - ulcerated/fungating and invading the pectoralis muscles.

Large collateral vessel supplying the tumour coming off the left internal mammary artery.

Several enlarged left axillary lymph nodes.

Surface image of the breast - see the dilated vessels on the anterior chest wall and how big the tumour is relative to the breast.
