Comminuted fracture through the neck of the fifth metacarpal bone, with palmar angulation.
Case Discussion
A boxer fracture is the name given to a fracture of the neck of the little finger metacarpal, due to it usually being acquired as a result of a punch to a hard object - be it a wall or somebody's face!
