Breast parenchyma density: Heterogeneously dense (ACR type c).
Findings: In the left breast, at 5 o'clock, there is an irregular, spiculated, high density mass with a 15 mm diamter.

In the left breast, at 5 o'clock, there is an irregular, spiculated, mass with a 15 mm diamter. No additional masses were detected.
Case Discussion
Ultrasound guided biopsy was performed. Histology showed invasive lobular carcinoma.
